Wampler Apartments is locally owned and managed. Jeff Wampler, our owner, grew up in Champaign, has practiced law here for over 40 years, and has been active in local real estate acquisitions. As a child, Jeff used to visit a local grocery store everyday after school. That grocery store is now one of our commercial properties and is occupied by Hopscotch Bakery. In 2006 Jeff founded Wampler Property Management to manage his properties.

Wampler Property Management strives to provide our tenants with the highest level of service. While most apartment owners have their properties managed by a third party, we personally manage all of the properties we own. And, we don’t manage properties owned by others. We also have a full time maintenance staff, so we don’t have to rely on outside contractors for a majority of our work.
